Still a little misty.

As you can tell from the past few blogs, a lot of rain for Delmarva over the past few days. The rain is finally out of the picture, but that lingering mist/drizzle is hanging out, not wanting to leave. Here are the rain totals for Delmarva from this entire event, going from Thursday through Sunday.

Wallops Island: 1.46"
Salisbury:1.36"
Georgetown: 1.1"

Melfa: 0.52"
Easton: 0.42"

Remember that it snowed this time last year? Man, the way this rain was coming up from the south, it would have made for some nice snow.

Yeah! we got an inch in Salisbury last year. The latest snow on record for Salisbury was April 26, 1919 where there was a trace recorded. This time of year is so fickle around here, anything can happen. I don't see any snow chances in the forecast though.

I would concur that snow is probably unlikely for this spring, but I'm just an armchair weatherman!
